  • Respectful jobsite practices
  • Final walkthrough on every project

The Everett approach

You do not need five contractors. You need one trusted partner.

Most homeowners we meet are not looking for the lowest number. They are looking for someone who will answer the phone, write down what they intend to do, and stand behind it when the work is finished.

The usual experience

  • Three to five bids that are difficult to compare.
  • Calls and texts that go unanswered for days.
  • A one-line estimate that leaves scope to interpretation.
  • Separate trades to schedule when drywall needs repair.
  • Uncertainty about who is responsible when something is missed.

Working with us

  • One walkthrough, one written scope, one point of contact.
  • A direct line to the owner, answered the same day.
  • Exclusions and products stated in writing before work starts.
  • Drywall repair and texture matching handled in-house.
  • A final walkthrough where you sign off, not us.

What we paint

Interior work, handled completely

Whether it is one room or the whole house, the same standard of preparation and communication applies.

  • Whole-home interiors

Every wall, ceiling, and trim run handled on one schedule by one crew. You get a single point of accountability from the first walkthrough to the last touch-up.

  • Single rooms and refreshes

A primary bedroom, a study, or a living room that has simply aged out of its color. We work cleanly around the rest of your home so daily life keeps moving.

  • Ceilings and texture

Flat ceilings, knockdown, and orange peel finished to match what is already there. Careful masking keeps overspray off floors, fixtures, and furniture.

  • Trim, doors, and casing

Baseboards, casing, crown, and doors sanded, filled, and finished for a crisp line against the wall. This is the detail work that makes a room look updated.

  • Cabinet refinishing

Kitchen and bath cabinetry degreased, prepped, and sprayed for a durable, even finish. A thoughtful alternative to a full replacement in an established home.

  • Drywall repair before paint

Nail pops, settlement cracks, and past repairs corrected and textured before a brush touches the wall. Paint hides very little, so we fix the surface first.

The Everett Standard

Five steps, every project

The same sequence on a single room and on a whole home, so you always know where the work stands.

  1. 1

    Consultation and walkthrough

We walk the home with you, note surface conditions, and listen to what you want changed and what you want left alone.

  2. 2

    Clear written estimate

You receive scope, exclusions, products, and a schedule in writing, so there is nothing left to interpret later.

  3. 3

    Protection and surface prep

Floors and furnishings are covered, edges masked, and surfaces sanded, filled, and primed where needed.

  4. 4

    Painting and inspection

Work proceeds room by room with an in-progress inspection, so corrections happen while the crew is still on site.

  5. 5

    Final walkthrough and cleanup

We review every room with you, complete touch-ups, and leave the home clean and put back the way we found it.

Reviews

What homeowners tell us afterward

Placeholder reviews shown below until verified homeowner reviews are added.

  • Jeremy answered every call and sent a written schedule before the first day. The crew covered our floors and furniture each morning and vacuumed before they left. After two bad experiences with other companies, this felt like working with a neighbor who takes his name seriously.
    Karen M.Colleyville, TX
  • The estimate spelled out exactly what was included and what was not, so there were no surprise costs at the end. They found two drywall cracks we had not noticed and showed them to us before repairing anything. We knew where the project stood every single day.
    David R.Frisco, TX
  • We stayed in the house during a whole-home repaint, which I was dreading. They worked one wing at a time, kept the halls clear, and left no tape or drips anywhere. The final walkthrough caught small things I would never have mentioned, and they fixed them on the spot.

What affects the price

What actually moves the number

We would rather you understand this before an estimate than after, so you can judge any estimate you receive, including ours.

Square footage and ceiling height
Wall area drives labor more than room count. Two-story entries and vaulted spaces require staging and slow the work down.
Number of colors
One color throughout moves efficiently. Multiple colors add cut-in time, additional masking, and more product changes.
Condition of existing surfaces
Sound walls need less prep. Peeling, glossy, heavily patched, or previously wallpapered surfaces need real preparation first.
Trim and door count
Trim and doors are detail work measured in hours, not square feet. A home with 30 doors and crown costs more than one without.
Cabinet work
Refinishing cabinetry is a separate trade within painting. It requires degreasing, controlled spraying, and longer cure time.
Drywall repair needs
Cracks, nail pops, and texture matching are repaired before painting. The volume of repair is usually clear at the walkthrough.
Occupied or empty home
An empty home lets a crew work in a straight line. An occupied home means sequencing rooms, protecting daily paths, and closing down each evening.

Placeholder — typical investment ranges

  • Single room refresh — [placeholder range]
  • Interior of a 2,500–4,000 sq ft home — [placeholder range]
  • Trim, doors, and casing package — [placeholder range]
  • Kitchen cabinet refinishing — [placeholder range]

Replace these with real ranges from recent projects. Every home is measured and estimated individually, so the written estimate is always the governing number.

Questions

Answers before you ask

Most whole-home interiors in this market run five to twelve working days, depending on square footage, ceiling height, trim count, and how much surface repair is needed. Your written estimate includes a start date and a working-day count, and we tell you promptly if anything changes.
